We ship to the following countries. If you live in a country not listed here please contact us first before you place an order. At this time we are unable to ship to Italy and Malta because our shipping company is not doing business in these countries.

Expect your package within 7-10 business days depending upon your country and region. Please do not contact us about the status of your order until 10 business days have elapsed.

    ReturnsYou may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Cosmetics) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund. Please note that if you return is not due to our error you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number  number from our customer service department. Use the Contact us form to give us as much information as you can so we can locate your order. Tell us the reason for the return

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Cosmetic  items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

  • RAN number
  • Name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise
All returns must be shipped back to BonParfum.com. We will provide you the shipping address once we received your email.

Any package that has not been received by BonParfum.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

If your package is returned to BonParfum.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a  shipping fee again.
